One victims story, Read on:

I was introduced to Jerry Plymell as being someone that was knowledgeable and

trustworthy.  As a Christian man happily married.  He went on to tell me a lot of details

how he lovingly attended to his wife and took out time for her in great and elaborate

details that I never asked for but thought it was to give me background on him.

He introduced me to an Oil and Gas project with a company called Gas Prom, which I had

zero knowledge of.  It was a gas and oil deal in Russia and the promise was for $125,000 I

would get a return of $5,000,000.00.

I listened and said I would do it.

Then I changed my mind.  Well, Jerry called me and spoke to me in great depth and great

length “pitching” me on why I should go through with it.  After a lot of detailed

deliberation, he persuaded me to trust him and I gave him the money.  I sent him a wire

from Charles Schwab and they gave me a letter verifying his account and bank name it was

sent to.   If he had wired money to the oil company like he said, we could easily end the

discussion by getting his bank to produce records supporting his case.  Jerry has yet to

even think of offering that.

I sent it, and after wiring the money to his bank I sent him a letter asked him to sign

stating the agreement.  He sent it back unsigned.  I thought well it will be ok because he is

an honest man.

Supposedly if in fact he had sent the money to Gas Prom (sp?) it would be easy to trace.

His bank would have a wire transfer of the $125,000 being sent to them.

After a period of time I called him and he always referred to Gas Prom not him personally

as being responsible.  I asked where my money was and he staved off every inquiring with

a long song and dance.   He always had some long explanation vs. a solution.  Never once

offering to refund my money which usually someone of integrity and good business

acumen would usually do with as large a sum as that in order to maintain a good

reputation and to endear a client to do business with them in the future.

He was and still is a real schmoozer.  He thinks he can talk his way out of a paper bag.

Someone else is always at fault.  He never is.

Oh and all the stuff about how great a husband came to light in that he told me how he

spent so much time with her and in about two weeks after he told me how many hours a

week he was working and the trip he was going to take to spend time with his wife, he

cancelled.   He was just using that to persuade how good a “Christian” he was, meaning he

was honest.   My experience has been just the opposite in both word and deed.  He has not

followed up with me at all.

This is the mans story above and it has been confirmed as true.  In addition, we have had an

agent speak to this scam artist Jerry Plymell.  He had promises of how he would take care of

the matter.  He refused to and now refuses to call back.   He has high rating placed on him to
continue to be a scam artist and use his christian background as a hook to nail more victims!
